Peruse browser does not update new file

I am using XAMPP localhost with peruse browser to run some testing. However, the peruse always show the old file rather than the updated HTML/JS file. Is that peruse browser problem or my XAMPP problem? I’ve been suffer about this for long time…

@JackTiew so your page is updating in another browser, correct?

Have you tried disabling the browser cache in the devtools?
