`safe files` deprecation notice

The underlying files APIs used in the CLI, and perhaps much of the CLI will be deprecated in order to use sn_fs at some point.

Should that be interpreted to include that safe files, the subcommand, may be removed?

I wouldn’t think so, I think it’s more about how files containers are created and stored on the network rather than how CLI commands work, so it’s more about the API and its implementation rather than the CLI commands, which ofc may change but we’ll need commands for files management.
