Improve Solid compatibility in WebID implementation

Github issue #372 Improve Solid compatibility in WebID implementation has two parts:

  1. a feature request for SAFE RDF APIs to allow for greater compatibility with Solid conventions (i.e. being able to have storage at the same base URL as your WebID).

  2. a proposal for a short term way to achieve this which I’d like feedback on. This would I hope only mean forking the WebID Manager app to create a Solid WebID Manager, for use when giving demos of Solid apps on SAFE, and to help Solid developers evaluate SAFE, until 1) is addressed. I’m not clear yet if this approach will work with the current WebID drop-down in the browser, but think it should.
