Basically the title. Sometimes I need to order the items of an mdata based on their timestamp. Currently I provide it in the data itself but I was wondering if the vaults keep such info an if it can be reached somehow?

Unfortunately, we do not make use of timestamps in metadata for mdata. In fact, SAFE Network Fundamentals #18 states that the network never makes use of time as a network tool.
All that is available for ordering in Mutable data are the version for the shell and the version for entries in the data.
